Hi Unity User,     Unity has recently revamped its software offerings (read more about that here), so we've updated our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy to reflect those changes and other updates to the business. You can read the new Terms of Service and the new Privacy Policy. They both went into effect last week on June 28, 2016. In addition to the updated software offerings, we've consolidated the separate terms of service into a single agreement. Note that there are specific terms that apply to your use of the Unity software, site, communities and services like Unity Analytics and Unity Cloud Build. FYI, Unity Ads and the Unity Asset Store are still subject to separate agreements, which you can find here. Unity is always evolving its service offerings, and so we've updated the Privacy Policy to better reflect Unity's current data collection use and practices. You should take a moment to review the updated Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
